The accommodation at Tamboti is in a superb 3 star catered bush lodge with a magnificent a la carte restaurant.

There are 6 lovely en-suite bedrooms, two delightful log cabins overlooking the dams and a safari tent in the trees, each one decorated in its own style. The area is very quiet and tranquil with lovely lawns and lots of shady trees.

In addition there are a number of self catering options close by. All of this situated in the Dinokeng Game Reserve the first game reserve in Gauteng to offer free roaming lions and elephants and only 30 mins drive from Pretoria.

Tamboti Bush Lodge

  • Thutlwa – Very large honeymoon suite, decorated with gecko lamps and 2-meter Leadwood lamps. It has a large bathroom that includes a bath, shower, double basin, and bidet.
  • Ndlovu – Double suite – large bathroom with bath, shower and basin.
  • Bejane – Double suite – large bathroom with bath and basin.
  • Tau & Nyati – Family suite. Two interleading bedrooms with very large bathroom with bath, shower and basin.
  • Ingwe – Double suite – bathroom with shower and basin
  • Impala – Luxury safari tent in the trees – en suite,  shower, basin and toilet.
  • Zebra – Luxury log cabin overlooking a dam – en suite, shower, basin and toilet.
  • Kudu – Luxury log cabin overlooking a dam – en suite, shower, basin and toilet.

Self Catered Accommodation

 Bush Willow Guest House – not graded

Bush Willow Guest House is a 4 bed roomed old style flat roof farmhouse with 8 single beds in 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, lounge, kitchen and dining room. It is fully equipped with linen, crockery and cutlery for 8 persons. There is TV on channels SABC 1,2,3, and E-TV. All rooms have overhead fans.There is a tennis court, swimming pool and a large lapa with a braai facility. Bush Willow Guest House is in the Dinokeng Game Reserve on 21 ha. The guest house is fenced with big 5 electric fencing and electric gates. The house is not serviced but a maid is available for R150 per day. As this house is in the bushveld it is advisable to bring a supply of mosquito repellents.

Please bring your own firewood, tennis racquets,balls and swimming towels .

 

 

Bush Willow Camp – not  graded

A three suite chalet set in a secluded, tranquil, bushveld setting on a farm close to Tamboti Bush Lodge. Each suite has two single beds, a sleeper couch, a coffee corner, a desk with 2 chairs, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with bath and shower and each has its own braai facilities with a large communal fireplace. Guests at the camp are welcome to use the facilities at Tamboti Bush Lodge.


Please bring your own firewood.

  • Tsonga Suite

A very large suite with two beds and a double sleeper couch and TV. Space for 2 extra beds. A large bathroom with bath and shower.

A fully equipped kitchen. Wheelchair friendly with a ramp and lots of manoeuvring space in the bathroom.
Minimum 2 days per weekend – not serviced.

  • Zulu Suite

A large suite with two beds a sleeper couch and a TV. Space for 2 extra beds. The suite has it own bathroom with a shower and bath, a fully equipped kitchen and braai area.

  • Ndebele Suite

A large suite with two beds, a sleeper couch and a TV. Space for 2 extra beds. The suite has it own bathroom with a shower and bath, a fully equipped kitchen and braai area.

Mokha Guest House  - Not graded

Ruwari is a 5 bedroom 2 bathroom bush house on 21 ha. Situated in lovely gardens with a plunge pool, large open plan dining room and lounge and well appointed kitchen. There is a boma braai and DSTV facilities, please bring your own decoder and card.
