The Gardens at Tamboti Bush Lodge

The gardens at Tamboti are looking very beautiful, we have chased all of the resident impalas, blesbuck, kudus et al. out of the garden and we put a great big lion proof electric fence around the lodge to keep those critters out as well. Pixie has really made the gardens look great, including adding over 200 rose bushes to the area.
We have built a little chapel just off the garden where we do small, budget, bushveld or forest weddings.
The setting is very romantic and very beautiful.

The lighting in the garden has been upgraded and the view of the gardens at night is really stunning so a romantic wedding or a romantic holiday at Tamboti is a must. We now have a double axle Landcruiser game drive vehicle that can take 16 people on game drives and with the opening of the Paradise Link Game trail we have over 75 kms. of game trails to cover and one is always assured of seeing lots of game on the drive.

We are very happy to welcome Rynette Vosges to our staff. Rynette is taking over administrative duties from yours truly so that yours truly can get down to the more serious things in life, like fishing, chatting and visiting other lodge owners etc.etc.

The food at the restaurant is as always the best in the area with good solid helpings to fill even the hungriest tummy. We had wonderful complements recently from a Belgian tourist on our mussels cooked in white wine. The Mussels from Brussels were always considered the best in the world but the Belgians said that ours were as good as and that coming from a Belgian is praise indeed.

We just believe in keeping up to and exceeding our 4 star standard. We are introducing a new midweek romantic getaway, three nights for the price of two. For more details: romantic getaways.
